BRIDG is a not-for-profit, public-private partnership serving Osceola County, Florida in creating the semiconductor advanced packaging and workforce hub for America. BRIDG offers R&D expertise in digital, RF, and interposer technology development coupled with advanced packaging capabilities that support an innovative semiconductor ecosystem to create prototypes, test ideas, and develop products geared toward device integration to multiple market segments.
In addition to helping with prototyping, small-scale manufacturing, and access to the Center for Neovation—a 200mm microelectronics fabrication facility owned by Osceola County and operated by SkyWater Technology—BRIDG links businesses with research from universities and government labs to drive innovation and grow the economy. BRIDG is crucial in transitioning early ideas into finished products to move from concept to production efficiently.

Plug and Play is a well-known innovation platform from Silicon Valley that has helped over 90,000 startups thrive in today’s evolving business landscape. Located at NeoCity in Osceola County, the National Science Foundation (NSF) Central Florida Semiconductor Innovation Engine (CFSIE) is helping drive the advancement of semiconductor technology innovation in the U.S. As one of the inaugural NSF regional innovation engines launched in 2024, CFSIE plays a key role in enhancing the nation’s capacity for advanced and specialty packaging design and manufacturing.
